Saint-Gobain and context developed a volunteer wellness champion program where local employees can serve as a go-to resource by marketing Saint-Gobain's wellness program, helping local HR to roll out new initiatives, and educating employees about the program's benefits and design. To help these volunteer wellness champions, context developed "meeting in a box" materials to use during shift breaks and shift changes. These materials include a facilitator script and complementary employee take-aways on a variety of wellness topics.
