(Independence Charter) is a public charter school
serving children in kindergarten through eighth grade in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In their sixth year of operation, the school felt it was time to present a
more polished external “face.” context

and board of trustees on a pro bono basis to rethink their website.
facilitated conversations with the principal/CEO, parent groups and other stakeholders to crystallize their vision for the Web redesign. context

delivered a refreshed site that better represented the school's excellence.
Following the launch of the new website design, Independence Charter received
instantaneous feedback that the site was not only more professional-looking,
but also easier to use, more comprehensive, a much-needed resource for day-to-day
information and a valuable communication channel.
